Where Did May Go?!?



It will be June in a couple of days! That is hard to believe.  The month of May was a whirl wind of activities including birthdays, vacations, and a wedding.  We did take time to celebrate with two of our favorites: tequila and street tacos.

On the agenda: tequila shooters, fresh squeezed juices for the margaritas, and three varieties of tacos which included shrimp, carne asada and chicken.

The  tacos were served in traditional street vendor style with sides of Mexican sour cream and salsa fresca. A steal worthy idea!

Make sure to top your tacos with fresh cabbage and plenty of lime juice.
